Rykie Kelly is passionate about people and real estate. She’s lived in the Pacific Northwest most of her life, and in 2013, she and her husband decided that Portland was where they wanted to be. She says, “We love how everything is so accessible here, from great restaurants to beautiful hiking and biking trails — and let’s not forget the fabulous wineries!”

A quickly confirmed Portlander, Rykie went into real estate working as a transaction coordinator, buyer’s agent, and escrow manager. Her professional background was perfect, with managerial experience in human resources, small businesses, and even her own design company. “Real estate offered a way that I could put all of the skills that I have developed into one career,” she says. “I work very hard to make my clients feel listened to and respected, knowing that I put their interests first and foremost.”

Having worked in so many aspects of real estate, Rykie has the expertise to confidently guide clients through the process. “My goal is to anticipate my clients’ needs and then deliver the highest level of service,” she says. “I love that I can take the stress off of both buyers and sellers by using my passion and experience to manage a smooth transaction and achieve the success that they deserve.” Rykie believes that home grounds a person, and it’s the biggest investment that most people will make in their lifetime, so it’s important to get it right the first time.

When she’s not working, Rykie and her husband like going out to enjoy all Portland has to offer. Even in her leisure time, she likes to be active, hiking, biking, traveling, or working on home improvement projects.
